- Full Property Management – 8%
- Our all-inclusive property management service is 8% of rent collected. A one-off $500 Property Promotion fee covers professional marketing to showcase your property, attract quality applicants and get your tenancy off to a strong start.
- KRISAL Letting Assist – $750 one-off
- Prefer to manage your property yourself? We’ll market your property, find the right tenant and get the tenancy underway, then hand it back to you to manage.

- Listing the property (Take photos, publish listing online, arrange open homes and private viewings)
- New tenant onboarding (screening, shortlisting, tenancy checks & agreement)
- Quarterly inspections with detailed reports and photos

- No markup on trade invoices
- Representation at tenancy mediation and tribunals.
